Informational purpose
This website provides general information and a way to request a property evaluation. Website content is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Submitting information does not create an agency, fiduciary, brokerage, or contractual relationship.
No guaranteed offer or closing
A form submission does not guarantee that Keystone will make an offer or purchase a property. Any offer is subject to due diligence, property and title review, funding, and mutually acceptable written terms. No transaction exists unless the parties sign a definitive written agreement.
Our role
Keystone Realty Partners, LLC is a real estate investment company. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Keystone is acting as a principal for its own account and not as your real estate agent or broker. Keystone may purchase a property directly, partner with another investor, or assign contractual rights where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
Accuracy and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to abuse the service.
Communications
By submitting an inquiry, you authorize us to respond by the contact methods you provide, subject to your choices and applicable law. SMS consent is optional, separately collected, and governed by our SMS Terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting or receiving an offer.
SMS messaging program
Keystone Realty Partners, LLC may send conversational messages about property inquiries, offer requests, appointments, and transaction updates when a consumer separately opts in. When separately authorized, Keystone may also send occasional marketing messages about property-selling services. Message frequency varies based on the consumer's inquiry and interaction.
